Item ideas for summoner's rift and Item idea general

Well, I would have posted this in a board appropriate for items, but there isnt one, unlike the old forums had subforum for items, I'm going to post here since its the closest thing to the correct board I got, I think.

here's my list of item ideas

Shurelya's Magestone cost: Sapphire Crystal(400g) + Quicksilver Sash(1250g) + 750 gold stats: +400 mana, +40 magic resist unique active: Quicksilver: Removes all debuffs from your champion and gain 130+15/level mana(400 mana total at lvl 18) upon removing any negative effect. 110 second cooldown.

This item is mostly for mana-hungry tanks and mage that don't have a lot of mobility, like Veigar, Malphite and Viktor and give them the chance to have a second breath in the middle of a fight in a case where they could get caught out. if built early, this can also provide for some decent mana sustain in lane without it being too strong since the mana you get is mostly based on your own level. the Cooldown on the active is increased because it could otherwise be spammed in lane for infinite sustain as long as there's a debuff on you

all in all, a decent utility item without being incredibly strong

Scale Vest of the Troll Cost: Chain vest(750g) + Specter's Cowl(1200g) + 1050g Stats: +60 Armor, +60 magic resist, +400 Health, Unique passive: Grants +300% Base Health Regeneration for 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion(gives off the same particule effect as Volibear's passive). 60 second cooldown

Health, armor and Magic resist with amazing sustain but on a decent cooldown and at a pretty high price for all these very desireable tank/bruiser stats rolled into one. obviously there's a double meaning to the name since trolls are known for their great body regeneration as well as this item can be pretty troll against players that don't deal much damage. this item synergises well with Warmog's armor and Spirit Visage but, like these items, get easily countered by anything applying grievous wounds such as Ignite, Morellonomicon, katarina's Death Blossom and Varus' Hail of Arrows

The Ripper B.F.Sword (1550g) + Stinger (1250g) + 700g Stats: +80 Attack Damage, +50 Attack Speed, +10% Cooldown Reduction Unique passive: applies grievous wounds on hit for 0.75 seconds
Unique Active: Tearing: The next Basic Attack applies a debuff that negates all healing upon the target hit for the next 3 seconds and replaces Grievous Wounds (30 second cooldown)

This item is meant to be the ideal replacement for the now extinct Executioner's Calling. this is meant to be an item to go against teams with a lot of sustain like lifesteal, spellvamp, heals and regens. mainly meant to be an item for duelists like Jax, Fiora and Xin Zhao, this can also be very useful on AD carries in lane for the same reasons
