Serenity, the Wandering Flower
Serenity is half yordle and half vastayan, same size as the average female yordle, while having a lot of characteristics of a flower, especially having a giant flower at the top of her head like it was hair (err.. long fur).
Serenity is a traveling cleric of the church, wandering the world of Runeterra to aid all in any way she can.
This is a journey to find herself, not knowing exactly who she is called to be or exactly wants she wants to be. Right now, she just wants to help others the best she can, this is why she took on this quest and seeing other people and cultures may help her find what she is searching for. She also can get a lot of experience if she finds the other champions of the world, learning about them and why they fight, no matter what reasoning they may have for it.
Serenity is a roaming support, but she has one partner champion that she moves very quickly towards while out of combat which will be her duo-lane partner to quickly return to the main target she is to help.
Can swap who the partner is for the first 90 seconds of the game, after this the choice is permanent. If no one is selected then it defaults to the champion that is currently the lowest on the map, also known as the bottom laner, and in draft queues will start the game with whoever is assigned to bottom lane as the partner champion.
Serenity's gameplay is meant to be tranquil and relaxing, also fun with swinging her vines from terrain to terrain (similar to Nautilus, but even more pronounced), outside of this her gameplay should be peaceful with soft health regeneration for herself and her allies and sleeping crowd control.
She will feel like you are playing a ranged mage, hopefully instills wanting to help rather than be selfish.
Attack Range: 600 units Movement: 325 units per second Attack Speed: 0.775 +5% per level [zero point seven-seven-five plus five percent] Attack Damage: Pathetically Low
Gentle Touch (Passive):
Range: 600 units
Serenity heals herself and nearby allies on hit for 1 - 18 (+5%AP) health, increases to 3 - 54 (+15%AP) health against champions or epic monsters.
All bonus attack damage Serenity acquires is reduced by 25%.
Gardening Buddy: Serenity selects an allied champion within the first 90 seconds of the game to become her Partner, this can be reassigned as many times as you like during this time. Serenity gains 100% total movement speed towards her Partner while out of combat, increases to 250% if her Partner is below 40% health.
Automatic selection towards the lowest champion on the map after 90 seconds or the champion assigned to "Bottom" if no champion was selected.
Soft Vine (Q):
Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 60 mana; Range: 1050 units
Serenity unleashes a vine in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy or terrain.
An enemy is dealt 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage and slowed by 25%(+5% per 100AP) for 2 seconds. Latching on to terrain pulls in Serenity and refunds 10/20/30/40/50% of the cooldown and cost.
Petalcopter (W):
Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds; Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana; Radius: 450 units
Serenity flutters directly up into the air over 0.5 second, slowly descending downwards over 3 seconds, gaining 25%(+5% per 100AP) bonus movement speed while in the air.
While spinning in the air, Soft Vine can be cast to a target location instead, dealing its damage in an area and pulling Serenity down to the location, causing enemies to fall asleep for 2.25/2.5/2.75/3/3.25 seconds when she lands. Serenity can dash past terrain. If no enemies were damaged by Soft Vine, then Petalcopter's cooldown is reduced by 75%.
Upon landing, Serenity gains the benefits of Gardening Buddy for 1 second while in combat.
Inflicting damage against a sleeping target will wake them up and cause them to be afraid for 1.25 seconds. Fear does not apply if the target has been sleeping for longer than 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3 seconds.
Petal Breeze (E):
Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds; Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 mana; Range: 600 / 600 units
Passive: Petals will randomly spawn across the map, prioritizing locations where allied champions are, remaining in play for up to 120 seconds or until collected, permanently granting Serenity 1 ability power whenever she collects a petal and 25%(+5% per 100AP) bonus out of combat movement speed for 3 seconds. The frequency at which petals are created increases based on both this ability's current rank and game time.
Active: Serenity creates swirling petals at the target location for 1 second, dealing 80/120/160/200/240(+80%AP) magic damage over the duration and 75% of the value as healing for allies within, enemies are also silenced.
Petal Breeze will not wake up sleeping targets.
Joyous Skipping (R):
Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Radius: 600 units
Serenity happily skips for her movement three times, each skip is equal to up to 75% of the her current movement speed and the speed of the skip is 90/120/150% faster than her movement speed.
Whenever Serenity lands from a skip, she slows enemies by 20/25/30% and shields herself and allies by 80/110/140(+60%AP) for 1.5 seconds. The slow strength (max 60/75/90%) and shield value (max 240/330/420(+180%AP)) will stack, but the duration only refreshes.
