**Lore: **He was once just a young boy called Kellen, obsessed with programing and computers. He strived every day to better himself and once he was 21, he could freely access whatever network he desired and could hack just about everything. Then it all went wrong. He and all his equipment got struck by a violent storm and all his work was gone. For years many thought he was dead as well. He was, in many ways, very much dead. His spirit however had been stuck in one of the computers during the thunderstorm and regained consciousness after a noxus lookout came across his scattered equipment and home and rebooted one of the computers. Kellen, being ever quick witted, baited the lookout to come closer to the computer. Kellen killed him and took his body for his own thus re-entering the world. That however changed him. He could not remain as Kellen and neither could he pretend to be the lookout. He took a new name. Klidzik, due to his apparent power to shift his soul out of his body and into a matrix of energy he once had only known as a program on a screen. With his new found powers, Klidzik left his ruined home and travelled easily with his matrix abilities throughout the world, keeping anchor with the stolen body. He Learned the sword from a mysterious outcast known as Yasuo and powers of subtilety from having a fierce rivalry with the assassin Zed. Zed never seemed to be able to fully kill him and was too skilled to be killed by Klidzik. So... he learned. He got so good, the skilled assassin fled after Klidzik had scored blood.

Abilities

Passive: Matrix Teleportation: You travel through a matrix. You become a matrix version of yourself whenever you move if you do not take damage for 1.5s. The matrix version is invulnerable but not invisible. Each time you enter matrix, your body remains behind and is teleported back to your matrix self whenever you stop moving, use an ability or attack. If your body dies, you die

Q: Elzektrik Zap:(5s CD)(40 mana)(stacks with AD) Deal 50/75/100/125/150 damage to a target slowing them by 20/25/30/35/40% and gaining the same amount of movement speed. You also heal for 100%of your AD. This can critically heal. This can be used while in the matrix without exiting but deals no damage and does not heal instead stunning the target for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5s.

W: Short circuit:(12s CD)(75 mana)(stacks with AD)When you move, you leave an invisible trail in the matrix that leads to your body. This ability can be activated to stun all enemies on that trail for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and deal damage equal to 5/7/9/11/13 % of their maximum health. Your body and your matrix are teleported to the first enemy champion hit. If none are hit your body simply teleports to your matrix self.

E: Lezxz Diversion:(18s CD)(50 mana)Return your matrix self to your body becoming both invisible for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds. A fake body and moving matrix self will appear at the place you teleported from.

R: Glitch in the matrix:(120s CD)(150 mana) Place an enemy champion in the matrix for 5/7/9 seconds. They can not leave the matrix like you, but are stuck for the duration unable to attack or use abilities. After the duration ends, their body is also teleported to their matrix self. Their body, unlike yours is invulnerable during this duration but their matrix self is attackable by you. During this duration you do not leave the matrix either unless you attack a target that is not in the matrix.

While in concept this champion seems like a cool idea, there are numerous issues with its design.

  1. The passive where the body is separate from the matrix paired with the Q's CC without leaving matrix means that this champion has 0-risk ganking potential (huge problem, and even though it doesn't deal damage, just a little bit of CC makes a huge difference, especially if you can deal damage afterwards)

  2. The mechanic where the Q doesn't remove you from matrix means that you have to stand still for it to deal damage, meaning that in order to deal damage with this ability (and if I can be frank, it does almost no damage) you intentionally have to make yourself vulnerable.

  3. The E is one of the most confusing concepts in the kit. It seems as though the point of the ability is to sneak up on your enemy while they think you are elsewhere, but turns out as being a severe distraction while you roam/invade. To further my point, this ability is worthless as a jungler (which the mobility, low damage, and utility of his kit would suggest it is) and as a laner does little more than mislead your opponent into attacking a clone while you ward and sneak up on them to deal gasp about 200 damage in the late game (see point 5)

  4. The ultimate is practically a point-and-click 5-9 second stun (for comparison, some of the longer stuns on ultimates in League of Legends are typically around 2 seconds). This is broken beyond imagining and in and of itself is enough to ruin the concept

  5. None of the kit scales with any AD or AP amount, implying that this champion is built as a pure tank (possibly with mobility/support items). However, the entire kit's playstyle revolves around low-priority (in other words NOT getting attacked). This is controversial because the only useful item build would be tank, but the kit makes the tanky build obsolete.

TL, DR: with some (extensive) tune-ups, this could be a great concept. However, as it is, this concept is an incredibly broken champion that has NO USE for building items. The purpose for this champion is unclear, as its mobility suggests it is a jungler, but many of the abilities are obsolete as such.
