Sia, Nature's Arbiter (Updated)

So, I posted this a while ago and it didn't generate much interest. Also, I looked over the kit and made some changes to some of the abilities that I felt needed work.

Quick summary:

Sia is a transforming champion meant for either support or mid lane (maybe top) who can somewhat control her transformations.

Description:

Sia is a young girl, around 8, with green eyes and pale skin. Her hair is chocolate brown and entangled with leaves. She wears a knee-length dress of blue, green and pale gray and her feet are bare and grass-stained. She hold a pale green crystal in her right hand. Her voice is higher pitched like Annie's.

Sylvai appears as an 18 year old woman. Notable changes are her hair is now pale green but still entangled sith leaves and she wears armor made of wood, mainly a breastplate, leg armor that ends at mid calf and small shoulder plates. She wields a wooden staff with the crystal mounted on top. Her eyes now glow with power and are purely green. Her voice is deeper than Sia's and reverberates.

Lore: Not long after Ionia was settled by humans, a young girl named Sia was born in a small forest village. She was an adventurous child, always wandering through the forest admiring it's beauty and always finding peace in the tranquility. Each day she would roam further and further from the village, her parents were initially worried when she returned later and later and they attempted to limit her wanderings. When she ignored their restrictions they grew angry and one night they locked her out, thinking it would scare her into staying home. That day, Sia wandered the farthest she had ever gone and in a secret glade she found a pale green crystal which hummed with energy.

Drawn to the crystal's glow, she reached out and grabbed it from the pedestal it rested on. Her eyes widened as the spirit inside attempted to smother Sia's soul. Decades wheeled by as they wrestled in the depths of her mind but finally she was able to strike a bargain with Sylvai, the spirit. As long as she helped defend the sanctity of nature, the spirit allowed her to remain in control of her body. Sia now wanders the many wild places of the world, befriending those who respected nature and Sylvai punishing those who damaged nature without remorse.

Passive: Nature's Vessel

Sia and the nature spirit Sylvai share the same body and trade control of the body between them.

Sia: Sia is more innocent and friendly than Sylvai and her abilities cost Faith. Sia is quicker than Sylvai and gains 25% MS. Faith regenerates if an enemy champion has not been in vision within 6000 units of Sia for 5 seconds. At 0 Faith Sia swaps forms and becomes Sylvai.

Sylvai: Sylvai is filled with anger due to humanity's disregard for nature and her abilities cost Wrath. Sylvai is wiser than Sia and gains 10% more AP Wrath regenerates if no allied champion has been within 6000 units of Sylvai for 5 seconds At 0 Wrath Sylvai swaps forms and becomes Sia.

Sia's Q: Hope of the Forest

Style: Linear Skillshot Range: 875 Cost: Up to 40 Faith CD: 12/11/10/9/8 sec Description: Sia imbues herself and those directly in front of her with the forest's hope, healing allied champions hit for 80/100/120/140/160 (+40% AP)(+100% Faith expended) Any enemies hit will have their AS reduced by 10/20/30/40/50% for 1 sec.

Sylvai's Q: Arbor's Chastisement

Style: Linear Skillshot Range: 875 Cost: Up to 40 Wrath CD: 12/11/10/9/8 sec Description: Sylvai unleashes the forest's disgust upon her foes, dealing 75/100/125/150/175 (+50% AP)(+100% Wrath expended) magic damage and marking the first enemy champion hit with a Sigil of Leaves. Any allies who hit a target marked by a Sigil of Leaves with an auto-attack deal 30/45/60/75/90 (+20% AP) and gain +35% MS for 1.5 sec.

Sia's W: Foundations of Stone

Style: Single-Target Range: 650 Cost: Up to 60 Faith CD: 21/18/15/12/9 sec Description: Sia gives an ally the resilience of stone, granting them a shield that blocks 75/125/175/225/275 (+40%)(+150% Faith expended) damage for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 sec and gives them immunity to slows and knock-ups for the duration of the shield.

Sylvai's W: Bonds of the Peak

Style: AoE Range: 500 (from Sylvai) Cost: Up to 50 Wrath CD: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 sec Description: Sylvai causes all nearby enemy champions to feel the weight of the mountains, slowing them by 45%/60%/75% for 1.5 sec and marking them with a Sigil of the Peak. Allies who hit a target marked with Sigil of the Peak with an auto-attack root them for 1 second and cause an explosion of stone causing 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% AP)(+100% Wrath expended) magic damage to enemies within 300 units.

Sia's E: Water's Vigor

Style: Self-buff / AoE Range: 200 Cost: Up to 50 Faith CD: 15/14/13/12/11 sec Description: Sia imbues herself with the power of the river, giving herself 20/25/30/35/40% increased MS for 3/3.5/4 sec and leaves a trail of water 200 units wide behind her for that lasts for 6/7/8 sec and grants allies who move over it half of her speed bonus.

Sylvai's E: Outpour

Style: Linear Dash with AoE at end Range: 600 (AoE range: 300 from Sylvai) Cost: Up to 60 Wrath CD: 17/15.5/14/12.5/11 sec Description: Sylvai surges forward on a small wave of water, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+60% AP)(+50% Wrath expended) to any enemies in her path. At the end of the dash, the wave bursts, dealing 130/160/190/220/250 (+40% AP)(+100% Wrath expended) and marking enemy champions hit with a Sigil of the Waves. Ally champions who hit a target marked woth a Sigil of the Waves with an auto-attack causes a upsurge of water under them, knocking them up for 0.5 sec.

Sia's R: Anathema

Style: AoE Ground Placement Range: 3000 (AoE is 900 units wide) Cost: Up to 200 Faith CD: 100/85/70 sec (Shared with Benediction) Description: Sia calls forth Nature's Anathema at a target location for 2/2.5/3 seconds, dealing 100/150/200 (+60% AP)(+50% Faith Expended) magic damage to all enemy champions and marking them with all three Sigils for 5 seconds. Allies within the Anathema deal 20%/30%/40% more damage to enemy champions. This causes Sia to swap forms.

Sylvai's R: Bendiction

Style: AoE Ground Placement Range: 3000 (AoE is 900 units wide) Cost: Up to 200 Wrath CD: 100/85/70 (Shared with Anathema) Description: Sylvai blesses the targrt area with Nature's Benediction for 2/2.5/3 sec. All allies within the Benediction are empowered, gaining 35/50/65% of the effects of Sia's three basic abilities for the duration they remain in the Benediction. Enemies in the Benediction deal 20%/30%/40% less damage while in the Benediction. This causes Sylvai to swap forms.

Now then, if you have criticisms with her kit, I would much prefer a comment that detailed what you don't like, why you don't like it and what you think is better instead of a comment along the lines of: "HER KIT IS BULLSHIT, YOU SUCK AT CREATING CHAMPION 0/10".
