Baccai Neeko

BACCAI NEEKO: Neeko approached the dais as many proud Shuriman warriors had before her; a gathering crowd cheering her name. But what was meant to have been a joyous day soured in an instant. Where should have stood a new Ascendant instead stood malformation and failure given form - Baccai. Once one of Shurima's greatest young warriors Neeko's status soon plummeted; she had become an untouchable. Hiding behind gauze, filled with all encompassing shame, Neeko soon fled into the desert never to be seen again... until now.

I really like the Guardians of the Sands/Shuriman AU skins so I figured I'd try making one of my own for my girl Neeko. The idea to have her become a Baccai sort of manifested naturally as I was doodling. I thought it might be interesting since we haven't seen a Baccai before and it might be cool to explore that!

Also Baccai Neeko almost sounds like bakeneko which was completely unintentional, but a neat bonus in a punny way lol
