Kha'Zix W Change?

So, I don't have any art or anything but my main idea is changing Kha's W from being the 'Have to be in explosion radius to heal' to instead something where it would be a lesser heal but it would be applied as a mark to the enemy where any of Kha's attacks or spells that do damage will proc it and heal him.
