Alistar changes?
Alistar has always been the king of peal and crazy plays; but his heal is kinda like it is just there to keep him from being the perfect champ. His heal is mediocre at best. I think that it could use a slight change. I would say that he is amazing early game then just falls off late game, building only tank. So why not rework around that a bit? His Passive is fine, maybe increase the base dmg. and lower the scaling, so late he won't be crazy strong to just run the other teams back line. His Q and W would be the same things, higher base damage but a lower AP ratio to make full AP Alistar not incredibly viable. His E and Ult are the two things that would be changed the most. I think that his E should stay a heal, but make it more impact full early. Giving it a higher base heal and lower AP ratio. Also making the heal do a % of Alistar's max health, so late game it isn't just a refresh for trample. His heal would do like 70% heal to minions, so he can't keep his wave alive forever. Lowering the CD on it to be longer early game and shorter late game would make it more balanced and less spam-able. His ult is the one I think could use more work. Alistar right now is a counter for sustained damage late game and burst damage early to mid game. So I think to make his early dives weaker and his late game brawls less like hitting a sack of beef ( kappa) with a wet noodle. His ult would stay similar with the CC

But when he pops the ult, he fears all nearby minions and enemy champs near him for like (0.5/0.75/1) and giving him a damage reduction for the duration, 80% at the first tick and lowering as the duration goes. So at max rank he would ult and fear nearby enemy's for 1 second then gains 80% damage reduction for 10 seconds, every second the damage reduction is lowered by 8% punishing him for longer fights and dives. A slight increase to the Cool down would make it less spam-able and give a slightly larger window of a huge weakness. These changes would make his early game stronger, while still keeping his late game good. It would also make sustain damage hurt alot more against Alistar because his ult defenses lower over time, wanting him to finish the fight much sooner. It also makes Alistar move away from the off-meta/ troll solo Alistar full AP top picks.
I don't expect this post to get lots of attention, but being an adc main and having long conversations and brainstorms with my duo support main friend, some of these ideas are too good to just stay silent.
