(Champion Concept) Merina, the Bandle City Striker

Most in Bandle City live peaceful lives without bloodshed and war. Those who are exceptions tend to be military soldiers and defenders of their land. Some, however, take on a more barbaric lifestyle, whether they wish for it or not.
Merina is one of these yordles. She spent all of her life as a homeless runt, stealing from locals, and killing those who got a hold of her. A notorious criminal, she was often chased by any local law enforcement - all of which would fail to stop her. As this grew, she began to enjoy the adrenaline rush that came with murder. She began attacking the innocent and taking their belongings as her own. Her targets kept getting more and more risky, until eventually, she went for the life of Mayor Dennison Jadefellow. Though she was close to her goal, in the end she was captured, and taken to the Mothership to be judged. Here she was given two choices: take a death sentence or become a spy for the Mothership. Wanting to keep herself alive, she took the latter option, hoping to find as much excitement in this job as she did as a murderer.

Abilities
Passive: Shadow Element - Merina charges stacks of Element while hidden from enemy vision (5 per second). At 100 charges, she stealths completely, only being revealed by true sight and upon dealing damage (auras, attacks, actives, etc). These charges do not fall off when in vision of the enemy, only when they reach 100 and stealth Merina.
When Merina is within 1500 units, her ambient mumbles play and a light, shadowy aura appears around every champion within range.
Q: Virtue/Vice - Virtue: Merina blasts her blades forward in a line, dealing 40/70/100/130/160 (30% Attack Damage) physical damage. The blades spin at the end of the range or after hitting the first champion, shredding the armor of enemies caught in the area by 5/10/15/20/25% for 1.2 seconds and dealing the same damage to enemies in the area if they haven't already been hit. These blades come back after 1.5 seconds, dealing 40/75/110/145/180 (60% Attack Damage) physical damage to enemies hit on the way back. While Virtue is active, Merina's basic attacks are performed with a small dagger and deal only 80% of her Attack Damage. Vice: Can be cast before Virtue ends. Merina teleports to the current location of her blades, spinning and dealing 70/100/130/165/205 (80% Ability Power) magic damage to all enemies around her and slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds. Her next 3 attacks also deal 125/150/180/215/245% damage. W: Borderland - Merina infests a large area around her in Shadow, increasing her movement speed, attack speed, and attack damage in this zone. The zone lasts for 8 seconds. It also does 50/80/110/140/170 (65% Attack Damage) physical damage to enemies within the area upon activation if she is stealthed by Shadow Element. Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Area radius: 1000 Movement speed increase: 40/50/60/70/80 Attack speed increase: 30/40/50/60/70% Attack damage increase: 15/20/25/30/35
E: Brave Shine - Merina drops down a canister in a select location. 1 second after landing, it detonates, dealing 35/55/75/100/130 (100% Attack Damage) physical damage in an area and blinding enemies hit (think Graves, but with a whitish tint to Fog of War rather than Black) for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Cooldown: 10 seconds Mana Cost: 80
R: Crossing Fields/Avenge World - (Passive) Crossing Fields: Merina's mastery of escape and running grows stronger, generating Element stacks 2/2.5/3 times faster. (Active) Avenge World: Merina enters her berserk stance for 6 seconds. Her attacks and abilities deal 8/14/19% true damage, and she gains health equal to 35/50/65% of that damage. Kills and assists will now reset the cooldown of her other abilities while Avenge World is active. Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds Mana Cost: 150

A dark orange tabby cat yordle, with short, jet black hair, her 2 blades are short swords with evergreen-colored edges. She dons a brown assassin's cloak, with a black jumpsuit under.
