Pool Party/ Deep Terror Vel'Koz Skin Concept
The concept speaks about 2 skin ideas, where the skin could either be pool party or deep terror. The abilities change from one skin to the other. I am not thinking that Riot should create both skins, I am just saying that it would be cool if they could make one of these concepts a skin.

Physique:
Pool Party Vel’Koz is a squid or octopus. He still has his main 3 main tentacles, but also 5 to 6 extra smaller tentacles depending on if he is an octopus or squid. He is wearing bathing suit shorts with enough pant legs for all of his tentacles. Since he is an octopus or squid he will have some big forehead, which just seems to be a funny idea to me. Pool Party Vel’Koz should a normal purple colour, even though he does look different.
Deep Terror Vel'Koz should be a very Kraken esk. Same thing as pool party with the 3 main tentacles and then having 5 other smaller tentacles. He should have some bone spikes all over him, at the end of his tentacles and the what's not. Not an overwhelming amount of bone spikes, just a couple here and there. It would also be cool if he has some of the dark water drip off of him. Deep Terror Vel’Koz’s base colouring should be a dark blue colour, not the same as his abilities but around the same navy blue colour.
For both skins I don't exactly know what the eyes should be, but his normal glowing eye is fine. It should just have different colouring. Deep Terror Vel’Koz should have a yellow eye. Yellow really pops out from the blue colouring.
Passive (Organic Deconstruction):
The little sigil that appears when Vel'Koz lands an ability is now a little eye with 3 tentacles around it. The eye is already lit up with 1 tentacle, but as he lands more abilities the other 2 tentacles light up. Once the last tentacle is lit up, the sigil, I think, should either melt away like water or ink, or just light up fully and disappear. This should happen either way if its pool party or deep terror.
Pool Party should be a nice light water blue.
The colour of the sigil, in Deep Terror, should by a yellow colour, even though all of the other abilities have a dark blue/ black colouring for Deep Terror.
Q/ First Ability (Plasma Fission):
For pool party, I was thinking that the Q could just be 2 beach balls. And when they finally reach max range, are reactivated or hit a target they explode and two water balloons blast out from both sides. I don’t think the colouring of the beach ball and water balloons should be that important. The colouring for the water splashing effects from the beach ball exploding and the water balloons exploding should be the light water blue colour.
If the skin is Deep Terror then it wouldn't be two beach balls. Instead it would be a very dark blue/ black colour of dark water. Once the liquid reaches max range, is reactivated or hit a target, it explodes like usual. Then two water balls shoot out from the sides.
W/ Second Ability (Void Rift):
Pool Party Vel’Koz should slid out some nice water on the ground. Once the delay is over, the water should shoot back up dealing the second part of the damage.
Deep Terror Vel'Koz should also slide out the dark water. Now there are yellow glowing eyes in the liquid, just to be a little creepy. Again, once the delay is over, the dark water shoots back up dealing damage.
E/ Third Ability (Tectonic Disruption):
In pool party Vel'Koz should shoot out some sort of beach or water ball, that when reaching the location, the ball pops and causes the knock up.
Deep terror Vel'Koz should shoot out the dark water that explodes when it reaches the location. I don't have any special ideas for this ability.
R/ Fourth Ability (Life Form Disintegration Ray):
I like the idea that in Pool Party Vel'Koz, he would reach back and take out some big water gun that unleashes his ultimate. The water gun would just shoot out the light blue water, like all of his other abilities.
When Deep Terror Vel’Koz activates his ultimate, dark water from the ground should cover Vel’Koz. The dark water should stay there for the entire ult channeling, until the channeling is stopped. Once the dark water covers Vel’Koz, the glowing yellow eyes from before should appear. At this point, from the dark water, a large beam of dark water is shot out. Once the channeling is done, or is stopped, the water should just fall to the ground.
Death animation and Recall:
I wasn't thinking that the skins should by legendary or anything, so then the death animations should still be the same or very similar. When Vel'Koz dies his eye escapes his body and flies away. If you have an idea for his death animation, comment it.
His recall animations on the other hand should definitely be different.
Pool Party Vel'Koz should take out a beach ball and start playing around with it. He should spin it on one of his tentacles. But at the end of the recall, the beach ball should pop and Vel'Koz should look all sad. Then Vel'Koz just dives into the ground and water splashes up.
I'm not so sure on what should happen in Deep Terror Vel'Koz. If you have ideas please share them. If you do think of something, can you try to incorporate the glowing eyes from his W and Ult into the recall. I just think the glowing eyes should be recurring throughout the skin.
