NEW SPEED BASED CHAMPION!

Ok first off, I'm addicted to movement speed in games. I can't stand moving slow, and although I've been loving building speed onto Master Yi, I just want a champion that revolves solely around speed. All of the below is open to debate, but I seriously want this, or a similar champion to become a reality. All of these ideas are inspired by The Flash, but reading the trivia for champions, being inspired is a common process for creating new champions or skins. Please comment whatever, constructive criticism, what you would change, etc etc. All comments welcome.

Zoom. The Sonic Speedster.

Base Movement Speed: 340.

Passive - Gotta Get Faster : Each level, Zoom gets +10 movement speed.

Q: Quick dash into 4 enemies, damaging each more than the last due to speed building up. Similar to Yi's Q.

W: Dashes leaving behind an image of himself that will continue to attack enemies, however as this is just a mirage, it wont damage an enemies, merely distract enemy minions or for a short time, enemy champions who are a bit slow on the uptake.

E: Vibrates to become incorporeal and has 1 second to dash, either through the enemy, or a wall on the map. Although he can't be targeted by enemies at this point, he can still be attacked by turret fire, so can't use this ability to simply run past turrets and not take any damage.

R: Channels all of his speed to sprint in one direction similar to Sions Ult. With lightning trailing behind him, he will run until he hits an enemy, his R is re-activated, or he runs out of energy. If he should hit an enemy, he will bounce off the enemy, at which point he will hurl the lightning behind him into the champion, damaging all near enemies by a fraction of his overall movement speed.

Unlike most champions that use AD or AP, Zoom is a champion that focuses around movement speed as well as attack speed, building these stats will increase his overall damage output. Critical chance can also be built. Now he's fast, but also super squishy which is his downfall. He is more of a champ to get in and out, either by dealing the final blow, or just smack them in passing.

The Bio:

___Before his run in with Ekko, Zoom was already fast. Raised on the streets of Zaun, Zoom relied on his speed and wits to outsmart the local authorities and anybody else who tried to make him stand still. Stealing only what he needed to survive.....and the odd bit of gold, Zoom wanted nothing more than to get off the streets. One faithful day, Zoom was running with authorities in pursuit when he suddenly crashed into Ekko. The two fell to the ground, smashing Ekko's Z-drive in the process. Whilst scrambling to his feet, Zoom felt hands on his shoulders and the for the first time in his life, he was caught. Ekko taking pity on Zoom, rushed the police knocking them over and the two ran off. Ekko couldn't keep up with Zoom, and wasn't fast enough to get away from the pursuing police. Zoom noticing this, turned around to help his saviour. Ekko in return activated his Z-drive, not realizing that is had been damaged. The resulting energy blast enveloped Zoom in lightning and energy. Every cell in his body started to burst with energy that Zoom had never felt before and in a split second, the police were handcuffed to poles with looks of confusion plastered onto their faces. With a smile and new found power in his eyes, he saluted Ekko and zoomed off through the distance, leaving the boy who shattered time scratching his head.

Years pass and Zoom sees Ekko competing in the League of Legends. Believing that the league will push him to new limits of speed and oweing Ekko a thank you for both saving him and giving him this power, Zoom wastes no time in joining.___

Now all of this needs work, the story I didn't think about until now and this is really just the first draft. But what do ye think? Could this be a new champ? Does he need to get nerfed already before he even gets put into the game?

Overall this champ is just for me. Like I said above, I want a champ that seriously ups the speed of this game and for me this is him. The name is not permanent, nor are the powers, the story or any of this, other than utilizing movement speed to attack enemies.

EDIT Skins would be easy, Speedy gonzales, Track running star, Sonic the hedgehog, and Hermes/Mercury. Hell even a flash tribute skin.
