Can we have position mastery now that we have dynamic queue?

If you think about it, we already have champ mastery that gives fun in-game emotes and loading borders. I'm not sure if it's still on going but at least at one point we had role mastery that resulted in me getting tank, assassin, mage, and so on themed summoner icons. Now that we have a means of actually keeping track of what roles we play, can we have position mastery?

I would envision it as working something along the lines of champ mastery where it takes a look at game statistics to reward you with position mastery points based on how well you played in a specific role. The rewards could include summoner icons, top positions mastered for people on your friends list (would help when you're picking friends to make a team), and increased chance of getting your mastered position in solo queue (ex: two people chose mid/top and got into the same game; game gives mid to one with highest mid mastery).

I think this could be a very helpful new thing for League and hopefully would be easier to implement based off of dynamic queue games.
