Luck(Fortune) Drake: Snowball Early

So Luck is often considered an element. We dont want crit because that is situational, but luck is often associated with good fortune AKA money. So this is a dragon of money.

Riot wants people to contest every dragon. Riot also wants faster paced games, snowball etc, according to some players.

Inferno is the ultimate late game drake. Luck can be the ultimate early game drake.

10/20/30 % price reduction. Speed up your farm to get items and snowball ahead faster. If you are behind, it isnt too powerful, but it will let you grab some items to even out the edge even in a gold deficit. Percents can be worked on. But thinking like 130 off BF sword early is nice, but less than that seems useless. 390 is a ton of, but i guess if they let you get 3 you deserve it idk.

Other option 50/75/100 % sellback value. Seems fun. You cn change from a full tnk build i to a full damage build. Change from full damage to full tank. Juat s needed on whim with no loss. More reasonable, you can buy Long Swords if you dont have BF money, but then sell them back without wasting gold. Problem unless you are 3 stacked, it is a stupid dragon. Doesnt seem worth much.

% passive gold. Meh boring. No one will notice this.

% all gold. Very snowball, rewards good mechanics. Sucks for supports a little.
