Friend's Lists

On Twitter earlier, I asked the support team if there was any name to rename/remove the "General" section of the Friend's List similar to Discord as Proxy had mentioned. I think it'd be pretty cool if you could have only custom titles just so when I stream it doesn't look like I don't care about some people or something. Also, less of an easier addition, but it'd be cool if I could have notifications for mark-able "Favorite" friends getting on.
