Gummy Bear Volibear

I'd really like to be able to suprise my husband kreuler with a skin for his main champ Volibear. He doesnt really have a skin for Volibear that he likes but he suggested once that he would love to see a gummy bear volibear. I was hoping maybe someone could see this and somehow get it into the makings so i could buy him a gummy bear volibear skin for christmas. We have a three month old and cant afford much this year but it would mean a lot to him for me to get him a skin. Thanks!
