Akali Passive changes
Akali was changed in patch 6.22 so that her passive was more 'interactive'. Currently that consists of playing around a cooldown mechanic, which is not very interesting. A proposal would be: Auto attack does X % AP damage after every q within T seconds was used: Auto attack does Y % AD lifesteal after every e within T seconds was used: The most recent ability takes precedent. This would add the choice/dilemma to build and play burst or sustain. Thoughts?
