This is my Champion Concept, and I hope you guys like it! I tried to draw on and combine some previously seen mechanics, and I think she turned out well! (The attached picture was done by someone who can actually do art, SweetLittleVampire on deviantart.) Farah would be more or less as shown in the picture, perhaps in a full robe, and looking a little plainer, but this is overall the look for the champion, and the Reversal Glass ((you'll see later)) that I wanted to achieve.)

Farah- The Fractured Reflection

Alright, so Farah is the newest AP Support/Mage to come into play in the League of Legends! She makes up for her fragility with meaningful crowd control and precise misdirection. However, Farah’s abilities all have high cooldowns and average ratios, so each of her abilities must be used with absolute precision in both skirmishes and teamfights, or she will not have a strong impact. And much of her own ability comes from forcing other champions to “waste” theirs, so her effectiveness is reduced by the fact that she has very little “surprise” potential. But her Reversal Glass can both save allies from immediate danger and set up for ganks, and Shattered Sight can provide peeling by forcing enemies to make a choice between two possible targets. The passive blind effect can also be powerful when used properly, although Shattered Sight can render Farah’s passive useless if she cannot direct a clone to detonate in time to properly damage a champion. Overall, a defensive champion that can be used offensively, if the controller is skilled enough. Difficulty: 7/10 or 8/10 Offense: 2/10 Defense: 5/10 Ability: 7/10.

At a young age, Farah Orreth had a talent for misdirection. Her skill with her “pocket mirrors,” as she called them, shook the attention of her victims long enough to steal whatever they had: wallets, money, or documents. Her talent was so great that she survived on the streets of Noxus solely with this ability. Until the day Farah tried to steal from LeBlanc, the master of the Black Rose guild. Farah found herself grasping at an illusion, while held in the Black Rose’s chains. Instead of passing punishment for this slight, LeBlanc instead apprenticed the girl, and taught her the magic of illusions and deception. Rising through the guild’s ranks, Farah herself fell under LeBlanc’s illusions of safety and happiness, learned and accentuated the magic her master taught her. LeBlanc fooled the girl into using her own special brand of magic with mirrors to steal from the nobles of Noxus and create tension within its ranks. She never noticed The Black Rose’s machinations until the night that Jarvan IV was attacked by Noxus, with the help of LeBlanc herself. Farah, in charge of transporting guild members, couldn’t look away as the caravan was slaughtered by Noxus. Fearing for her life now that she had witnessed this crime, Farah transported herself away, hoping to find solace somewhere else. After months of surviving alone in the Great Divide, Farah gained wind of the League of Legends, and has come to right past mistakes and give retribution to LeBlanc for her usage of her.

(Moving on, here's her kit! Farah should be an interesting and alternative kit that can offer a lot of potential for impact, but also can really screw your team if you don't make the right decisions.)

Passive- Refraction

Every fourth spell Farah casts will release a blinding light, dealing an additional 20/40/60/80/100/120 (+.15 AP) upon hitting an enemy and blinding the affected units for (1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25) seconds. (Scales at levels 4/7/11/14/17)

(Just an easy passive to handle, but hard to use properly. Non-damaging spells cast by Farah will still consume the passive and render it useless. Especially the Reversal Glass and Recreate, if it's used defensively.)

Q- Splintershot Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 Range: 1000

Active: Farah shatters one of her mirrors and sends illusory shards flying in a straight line, dispersing in a 150 unit-radius around the first unit hit. The first enemy hit is dealt 75/120/165/210/255 (+.6 AP) magic damage and stunned for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. The enemies within the radius around the first unit struck take 50/80/110/140/170 (+.5 AP) magic damage and are slowed by 40/45/50/55/60% for 1.5 seconds.

(A simple skillshot, allowing for Farah to do some consistent poke damage while disrupting the enemy team. If used correctly, she can peel for her teammates, stunning a potential carry and slowing the rest. The skillshot will most like be fairly slow, to allow for the potential to dodge.)

W- Shattered Sight Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120/130 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Range: 650 to Cast, Unlimited After Cast.

Active: Farah cloaks a target champion for .5 seconds, then creates a fractured version of that champion at their original location, including items, buffs, current health, and stats. For the next 6 seconds, the copy of the champion can be moved and attack by holding the W key and right-clicking. The double takes 200/175/150/125/100% of the damage that would normally be taken by the champion, is indecipherable from the original target, and can be targeted by spells and items during this period. At the end of the spell’s duration, or when the double is destroyed, it will explode and deal 60/100/140/180/220 (+.4 AP) magic damage to all units within a 200-unit radius.

E- Reversal Glass Mana Cost: 35/45/55/65/75 Per Glass Cooldown: 14 (2 Charges, 2 Glasses max) Range: 250

Active: Farah can create up to two different visible mirror structures within (900/1000/1100/1200/1300) units of each other. Reversal Glass cannot be cast unless it is against another structure. These mirrors can be targeted to be passed through by any player. Each mirror will transport champions to the corresponding location of the second Glass, although it will break after being used three times or one minute. After coming out of the Reversal Glass, all passing champions are slowed by 50% and Pacified for 1.5 seconds.

(I wanted it to be a little like Bard's E, but with less "counterplay" and more fairness, to both sides. The mirrors will transport any three champions within the space of a minute, so anyone can use these portals. The downside is the slow and damage reduction. It puts both sides on an even playing field, which means that the mirrors have to be properly positioned to be used effectively. Also, the effective CD on this spell is 28 seconds, which means that the player will really have to consider if they WILL use the Reversal Glass within the minute it's active. Something to set up ganks with, or save allies from immediate danger. A strategy I could see with her is to preemptively lay down a Glass at a tower, then again when her team needs to escape trouble.)

R- Recreate Mana Cost: 125/150/175 Cooldown: 140/110/80 Range: 800/Range of Ultimate

Passive: Farah’s created doubles will deal 15/20/25% of the normal damage of the copied champion with their basic attacks. Cooldowns of enemy champions' ultimates can be seen within Farah’s vision radius when her ultimate is prepared.

Active: Farah steals the prepared ultimate of target champion within range, setting the targeted champion’s ultimate on a cooldown of 10 seconds. Farah will have 10 seconds to recreate the champion’s ultimate spell. The recreated spell will do half the base damage and scale off of Farah’s ratios. If Farah does activate the Recreated spell within the time limit, the enemy's will immediately come off cooldown.

(Alright, so I thought this would be a great way finish and round out her kit, as something that's never been seen before! As a passive, her clones start to do a little damage, and it brings a fair situational spike to her damage at all levels. If she copies an adc at level 16, it essentially gives you 5/4 of a champion to hit enemies with. But Farah has to choose between more damage from a squishy double, or a second tank to bodyblock and do little to no damage. Being able to see all ultimate cooldowns is nice as it provides a second layer of "vision" on the enemies that Farah and her teammates can use to their advantage. And finally, a 1/4 Silence with a reciprocating effect. I'm not sure if this is totally overpowered, but Farah can essentially take another champion's most powerful spell. How impactful it is depends on which spell is taken. For instance, she could stop a Jinx executing a low health teammate, but that's 140 seconds of very little damage, since her abilities scale off of AP. She also can't copy ultimates with charges, cooldowns that are lower than 10 seconds, or ones that can be used repeatedly, and a few other special cases. ((read: Mimic)) It's a great way to deny kills OR turn fights around. It can only be used one way at a time.)

I'm not too sure about jokes and taunts, but probably specific ones for Diana and Leona about sunlight and its reflection! Maybe something for Lee Sin, and some sort of rude thing for LeBlanc. Oh, and something about Vladimir and vampires! Overall, I hope this is an interesting and fun new AP support! Comment on what you think, and vote too!
