Prestige Points/Shop Improvements

Since you guys take feedback from players and try to make the game that meets our interest & needs, I wanted to try out by giving a feedback about what I think. Since the season is ending you guys announced things we could buy using Prestige Points if we have lower than 100, most of them being loot. We players hate random loot. We want something that will exactly give us what we want just like cards from Legends of Runeterra. As for me, I like to own chromas & skin borders for the skins I own. So how about giving the players borders or chromas from all the skins or skinlines by using Prestige Points? Like 1 skin's border + all chroma (except emerald) will cost ** Prestige Points. And Emerald chromas will cost ** Prestige Points? Since Prestige Points are rare items like gems, I think they also should have the capability to buy limited edition skins & accessories from the shop. Also just because they are hard to obtain, how about not charging too much.
