It's about time for a new Zed Skin?

Okay so I know there are a lot of these out here because I been looking up but I think it's about time for a new Zed skin,. Now before you start Spittin fire at me he does only have two skins and he has been out for a while, there are plenty off good and interesting concept art, I was looking at the concepts and really would like to see some of them in game, I heard about skin installer third party stuff but what's the point in having a skin if you can't show it off?
