Thomas, the Beam Man
Thomas is a genius inventor from Piltover who is absolutely obsessed with lasers and beams, especially after admiring his lovely little angel and idol... Lux (definitely NOT a stalker... okay, maybe a little stalker... okay DEFINITELY is restraining order level of stalker, so be it)! So Thomas invented himself a suit all about shooting lasers and beams of all kind, for now he is using it to defend Piltover and Demacia (super sonic speed jet pack does that for you to quickly get between cities), but if he is very close to becoming Runeterra's greatest super villain... if his heart ever got broken by the love of his life (he is a huge Lux fan, just to remind you all).
Thomas is a mage about lasers and beams everywhere! He basically plays like a standard damage mage, except a massive emphasis of beams and lasers because why not!?

Bouncing Beam (Passive):
Thomas fires a beam for his basic attacks, dealing 15 - 40 (+40%AP) bonus magic damage. Every second Thomas does not basic attack causes this beam to bounce to 1 nearby enemy, up to 5 nearby enemies, when fired.
Pew-Pew-Beam (Q):
Cooldown: 5 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 1000 units
First two casts fire a laser in the target direction, stopping at and damaging the first enemy struck for 20/30/40/50/60(+30%AP) magic damage and applying P-Laser for 2 seconds.
The third cast fires a beam in the target direction, dealing 60/85/110/135/160(+50%AP) to all enemies struck and slowing them down by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2 seconds, doubles to 50/60/70/80/90% for 2 seconds if the target had P-Laser against them.
Beam Tower (W):
Cooldown: 16/13/10/7/4 seconds; Cost: 30/50/70/90/110 mana; Range: 1000 / 600 units
Thomas constructs a tower at the target location for 6 seconds, acting as impassable terrain and revealing the area around it, dealing 80/85/90/95/100(+40%AP) magic damage every 3/2.5/2/1.5/1 second to the closest enemy to it. There is no limitation to how many Beam Towers can be in play at a time.
Thomas can basic attack Beam Tower to cause it to explode after receiving 2 attacks, dealing 10/11/12/13/14%(+2% per 100AP) of target max health as magic damage and stunning for 1.5 seconds to nearby enemies. Bouncing Beam still applies when attacking Beam Tower.
Targeting Explosive Lasers (E):
Cooldown: 9 seconds; Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 mana; Range: 850 units
Thomas selects 6 target locations to fire lasers at, after all 6 locations have been targeted or after 5 seconds, then the lasers fire off and explode when they hit their location, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+60%AP) magic damage in a small area, 35% damage for multiple lasers against the same target beyond the first.
Mega Laser (R):
Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 100/125/150 mana; Range: 1500/1800/2100 units
Thomas channels in place for 1 second, this cannot be interrupted, and then fires a Mega Laser from his large, rear cannon in the target direction, dealing 200/275/350(+100%AP) magic damage to struck enemies, 70% damage against minions.
