Kadarin, Manaless ADC

So, I've heard about this champion concept a while back, Kadarin, and what I found most interesting about him was his heat mechanic and being manaless. Of course this would be hard to balance for an adc, but I had an idea of what might work to balance it because I would love to see a champion like Kadarin in the game some day. Now I don't have much experience with how balancing would really work and I'm not sure if anyone else has thought of this, but I thought about this for a while and I think it has some potential with how a heat mechanic would work on an adc or an alternate heat mechanic in general:

Basically, every time Kadarin autos a minion or small monster, he would gain maybe 4 heat and this would be doubled against large and epic monsters and champions (it will go down by **4 each second?**after not being in combat for 15-20 seconds). His abilities would always generate 12 heat** if they hit a target**.

He would have 100 heat and at 50 heat, he would gain an empowered ability or auto attack. At 100 heat, he would get 2 empowered abilities or auto attacks or a combination of the two. Empowered abilities may or may not affect his ultimate.

At** 100 heat**, he will of course overheat and will be unable to autoattack AFTER he has either used the empowered abilities or autos (he will have about a 10-12 second window to use them), but his abilities will have a 20-25% lower cd? and will have slightly different effects (they will be weaker damage-wise) that will serve the purpose of reducing his heat (it will go down by 4 each second? after not being in combat for 15-20 seconds). He must use his abilities until his heat reaches 0 or until 15-20 seconds pass out of combat and his heat goes down.

Of course these numbers can be altered for better balancing and how well they work depend on what his actual abilities are, but I thought this was an interesting way to go about making an adc with a heat mechanic (or just a ranged champion).
