AOE Wards

Just thought about this one day, what would happen if you could upgrade control wards and have AOE abilities attached to them? Maybe you could take a Bami Cinder and combine it with a control ward to have the ward immolate a certain area (although that would be expensive). Or combine the ward with boots and have a speed AOE (more reasonably cost). Might give some champs without utility usefulness outside of combat.
