Ralph, the Grim Puppeteer

Abilities:

Passive: Puppet Master Range: 800 range with a 2 second delay before the puppet self-destructs, creating another one next to Ralph Ralph becomes invisible after 5 seconds of not being in combat. While invisible, Ralph summons 3/4/5 puppets that can be controlled (the puppets will move together as a pack, unless obstructed). The puppets deal 25% of Ralph’s total damage, gains 25% of Ralph’s bonus attack speed, has 50% of Ralph’s total health and 100% of his movement speed. Ralph does not break stealth upon using his puppets to attack an enemy or casting an ability. If an enemy comes close enough, they will see Ralph and if he is damaged or attacks he will become visible. Ralph and his allies are able to move through his puppets.

Q: Puppet Dance Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Mana Cost: 80/75/70/65/60 mana

Ralph teleports a distance. He can activate this ability again to bring all his puppets to him, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+25% bonus AD) per puppet that comes in contact with an enemy and knocking the enemy back slightly towards the direction the puppet flew.

W: Sinister Collapse Cooldown: 1 second Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70

Ralph controls one of his puppets and makes it go flying in a target direction and upon impact with a target, the puppet will cling on to his target making the puppet unable to perform any actions for 2 seconds but slowing its target’s movement speed by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% and dealing 30/60/90/120/150(+ 25% bonus AD).  If Ralph lands another Sinister Collapse on a target who already has a puppet clinging on, he suppresses it for 1 seconds.  The puppets used are  destroyed when the crowd control ends.

E: Black Haze Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Mana Cost: 80/75/70/65/60 mana

Passive:  Ralph adds poison to his knife while invisible, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+20% total AD) as physical over 3 seconds to the first target he attacks upon breaking stealth within 5 seconds and marks it, causing the target to receive 5/10/15/20/25% more damage from Ralph and his puppets for the duration of the poison.
Active:  Ralph targets an area on the ground, after a 1.5 second delay, the ground explodes with dark energy, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+60% Total AD) physical damage to enemies who stay in the area over 3 seconds.  Ralph becomes invisible upon entering the area.

R: Army of Darkness Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds Mana Cost: 100 mana at all ranks

Passive:  When a nearby enemy that Ralph has damaged recently within 5 seconds loses 30% of their health within 3 seconds, Ralph enters a state of bloodlust for 5/6/7 seconds, granting an additional 20% movement speed and 30/40/50% attack speed to him.  If he kills an enemy while Army of Darkness is activated, the ability is refreshed.  Assists extend the duration by 3 seconds.
Active:  Ralph enhances his puppets, granting them increased size, attack range by 50 and granting them 50/100/150% increase in health and damage for 5/6/7 seconds.


Gameplay:  Ralph, the Grim Puppeteer, would be a great addition to the League of Legends due to his unique gameplay  which revolves the controlling of both Ralph and his puppets.  This is similar to Mordekaiser’s ultimate or shaco’s clone, but unlike the two, Ralph is as dependent on his puppets as Oriana is dependent on her ball, therefore, positioning is very essential to mastering Ralph.  Unlike most melee champions, Ralph is more of a trickster who hides in the shadows while his puppets do the work.  In that sense, Ralph can be considered a ranged champion.

     As always, this is just an idea, I would write a lore, but seeing that that usually isn't cared about, I'm going to ignore that part.
