Sadly, that's already taken. iirc Neon Strike Vi is supposed to be a superhero skin. It's basically set in the Super Galaxy skin universe, except she's part of some other superhero group or something. At least she still wears a jumpsuit, like Saitama does :P

Edit cuz I thought of this later: Alternate idea! If we must have an intentionally Saitama themed skin, we could go with Neon Strike Lee Sin! Give him a jumpsuit, a cape, and change some animations a small bit (they already do this on pretty much every Lee skin), and voila! We get your One Punch Man in League :)

I could see that retirement Aurelion skin being changed a bit. You could make his stars into pool balls and have him carry a pool cue, and have his ult be him flipping a table or something. You could call it "Billiard Sol"
