Hey dear riot, you may want to have a look at how people feel your dumb suspension and matching system. First of all, try to fix your stupid problems relate to your useless system. When people in promotions, it is pretty hard for people to get promoted once. For example, from nearest season, people have been mentioned that while they are in promos, it is purposely showed that their teammates are worse than people in enemy team. Therefore, people have a hard time to win promos instead of doing it for twice/third times. It is not recognize that this is a good strategy riot, people could spend more time playing promos! But never forget we are not all dumb, I have played it since season 3 and I am a diamond 1 before, when I started some new accounts recently it is hard as hell to get promoted quickly, you think we are all dumb so that none of us could see what your strategy is? Another one, stop banning innocent people in your bloody game. Usually, people who are extremely toxic will not get banned such as sneer others by not using dirty words, being toxic in game such as intentional feeding so that their teammates will easily get angry and might say something rabidly. There you go you will ban these people who want to win but just because some suckers make them have a bad time and report them so you bloody ban them ? What the hell? Maybe consider change some of your employees who were part of people that designed this suspension system? League of legends had accompanied with me for 6 years, I like to play it so much, for here I wanna say thank you riot for copying dota and made it such as great game as league of legends, thanks for accompanying with me. But try to listen to community, fix your policy and try not be stupid in the future, therefore you might have few people come back to save your game that is going worse and worse. By the way I did not get banned, a lot of people have same opinions with me so that all of them quit playing already, some of them get banned and most of them feel bad about this game, especially changes in recent years, and also I will not play this game anymore, I used to spend most of my time playing it, but not anymore. Give your players some good impressions for the end period of your game please rofl. You have already been acquired by a Chinese company called Tecent, could anything be worse than this? Hope you can make adjusts, good luck with decreasing players.
