Taric love?

I was just wondering why taric was not included in any of the 4 parts of the mass texture rebalance that has been in progress? He seems to be ignored for others and has the least amount of skins. Are there any plans in the near future to give Taric new skins, new mass texture rebalance and the like? Taric is my most favorite champion to play. Please give him some lovin
