Early game item mistakes

I was thinking that if Riot would allow you to undo items bought for full gold cost for lets say the first 60 seconds of a game even if you walked out of fountain it would help those that make the mistake of buying a non jungle item when going jungle. I've seen this happen to people and they are forced, the second they walked out of fountain range, to start from behind. This initial grace period would be revoked if the person takes damage from an enemy, removing the possibility of any early game cheese. As a side note I have no idea if I posted this on the correct board or if this has been brought up before.
