So Lissandra is the ice queen. Well To be honest I think the fox that lives in her forest ahri is way better than her along with most 90% of the other champions. But here is something that can put her in the top league games. Now this is the respect a queen deserves. Make the Ice queen worthy of her tittle please.

Passive: Ability hits count 2 per stack and melee hits count 1 per stack. Passive: Dark Ice " +2.5% attack speed reduction, +1% movement speed reduction" Per stack. Passive: Dark Ice " At a max of 10 stacks champion takes 7.5% increase damage from all sources"

These are big changes. She would really need to ramp up just to get good damage off.

I dont understand your point about Ahri. Also, she is very strong and in LCS.

The W could be a long reaching Ice hand that nocks off enemy armor and magic resist or in short range nock enemy unites back.

Lissandra's Ultimate: A change of heart. Nvm thats to OP its unfair. lets see..

Lissandra's Ultimate: Rises a Hord of minions that transfer all damage dealt from Lissandra to them until they all die. Or Lissandra's Ultimate: 100% increased AP with All damage taken as a 5 second bleed for 15 seconds That is just plain rude makes the outplay to easy Lissandra's Ultimate: Summons her true form changing into a Very Powerful Ice dragon that is truly a worthy foe to try and slay.

Lissandra's Ultimate: Changes all surrounding minions into Lissandra's Ice Minion Army. They gain boosted stats and are under Lissandra's control.

Ahri doesn't "live in her forest"; Ahri is from Ionia, Lissandra is from the Freljord. Two very different places.

Btw the Q should should be a frost mist like a ice flame thrower but with Dark Ice and slows enemy unites.
