Skin is just him wearing a bath robe and a shower cap for comedic effect

Q- is pretty much a rubber duckie shooting a stream of water at you W- a bath tub that traps you in E-Throws a bar of soap at you which covers the target with soap bubbles R-Becomes a giant rubber duckie that shoots smaller different color rubber duckies (to not get confused with his Q rubber duckie)

Just like to throw this out there, sorry if this sounds a bit half assed as I never did something like this before.
