Im very curious about the making of the VGU’s

1.First thing that i know is that Riot picks some champions and puts them in tiers but my question is : for example the tier 1 champions do they start making experiments for all of them at once in teams? or they pick only 1 champion from the tier 1 max 2 and they only focus on that champs. 2.Second thing that im curious is when they remake the champions visual and gameplay update do they look on forums to see what mains/players have to say ? or they decide on their own what is best for that champ? 3. Third thing that im interested is if a Rioter is nominated to be the leader to remake a certain champion or do they offer themselves? 4.Fourth thing that im interested is why they dont expand the teams? As i know Riot is a big company and if they make more teams they can make more VGU’s in 1 year( if there are more brains its better ) 5.Fifth thing that i am curious is why Irelia/Akali was reworked before Mordekaiser/Mundo/Shaco etc the list goes on ...Its because of the popularity of the champions? or the fan base wished for it ? It didnt seem that these 2 champs were in desperately need for a rework and that leaves me with a big “?” 6. Im curious how Rioters selects who is next after Kayle/Morgana , what determinates them to start the next one ? 7. In future can they speed up the release of VGU’s? or is healthy for the company to release 1 champion VGU at a time 8. after almost every new release the champion becomes from “easy no skill shot” to “use ur brain or die hard” is this the way all of the VGU’s will go from now on? 9. When a VGU is made the group works around the lore to make a certain kit and visual? or they change the lore as well because they cant find a way to maximise the potential of the champ. 10. Last question , There are full of mains in the game some of them have over 5.000.000 mastery points on a certain champ and that means something . Why Rioters doesnt involve them in the VGU’s ?
