Slight Neeko passive change

I think it would allow more diverse gameplay if Neeko was able to change back to Neeko without putting her passive on cooldown. This allows easier utilization of her passive while she's out of combat. I tend to like moving out of vision and going forward with a fake gank, sending a clone of my jungler and changing to someone else, or being Neeko. But it'd be easier to mix up which one I am if I can send a Neeko clone then mimic the jungler. Or send a clone of the jungler and then turn back to Neeko without having to break my passive with a skill or taking damage.

I don't think this would make any large difference in gameplay besides making a quality of life change for Neeko players. I hope to see this small change so it's more fun to play Neeko.
