So I always had the idea for some kind of cat skin called 'Kog'meow', and then Riot brought out the Meowkai skin... so I thought, how can I not make a Kog'meow concept??

But yeah here it is, I tried my best.. if you guys like it I can make art of his custom abilities and whatnot, just let me know!

To think a few weeks ago, I said in a thread "If Kog'maw can be a butterfly and a reindeer... Why not a cat?".
