Quim, The Priest of All faiths

STORY

The exact origin of Quim is unkown, not even his birth name, What is known is that he grew up in a particularly religious community, Even his own family was harshly divided on these lines. While no offical written records Quim's life his published diary reads "I am not sure what gave me the revelation that perhaps all the gods are true, and that many are simply undiscovered, Some I meet say it was the desire to not pick a side others say it was a want to pick every side." Regardless to his origin Quim's presence is found pleasant to many locals, always happy to help solve personal questions, or quests both physical and spritual.

Appearance

Quim has what could be considered an average or generic look, with brown eyes and of average height and weight of a male man in his prime. Wearing a brown cloak with no distinguishing traits that could easily be made or repaired anywere, with blond hair that is kept just over his ears and eyes and neck.

ABILITIES CLASS Pure Support

PASSIVE ABILITY Pacifist Quim cannot attack, instead when he right clicks on ally they will be healed based on level, for every level of both Quim and the ally the healed amount is 5 per level until level 10, were it is only 2 hit points every level, Quim can heal himself and does not suffer diminising effects, but will only scale on his own level instead of his last healed ally.

Q ability Hym of healing Quim heals an ally based on their missing health and his mana the effects are as follows

1. Heals target between 1-25% of Quims mana
2. Heals target between 1-50% of Quims Mana
3. Heals target between 1-75% of Quims Mana
4. Heals target between 1-100% of Quims mana
5. Effect added, "The ally healed by Hym of healing will return the amount of healing as mana to Qym if they retain Half of the healed HP after 4 seconds" The Cooldown of Hym of Healin is a static 4 seconds

W abillity Prayer of Protection Quims gives a silent prayer to any deity to protect him from the ravages of war it is unknown who replies but one does the effects of Prayer of Protection are as follows

1. Quim is immune to ALL forms of damage, even Fountain Turret, for 10 seconds
2. Quim is immune to ALL forms of damage, even Fountain Turret, for 25 seconds
3. Quim is immune to ALL forms of damage, even Fountain Turret, for 35 seconds
4. Quim is immune to ALL forms of damage, even Fountain Turret, for 45 seconds
5. Quim is immune to ALL forms of damage, even Fountain Turret, for the remainder of the game Prayer of Protection costs 130 mana across all levels Prayer of Protections has a minimum cooldown of 45 seconds, and a maximum of 50 seconds Any auto attack effects such as on-hit stuns and slows will effect Quim through Prayer of Protection

E ability Prayer of Justice Quim Prays to a deity to ensure justice is done it is unkown who replies, but one does, the effects of Prayer of Protection are as follows

1. Quim channels, while channeling Nearby allied Champions recieve 2.5% more Armor and Magic armor
2. Quim channels, while channeling Nearby Enemy champions can no longer hide in bushes whilst retaining earlier effects
3. Quim channels, while channeling Nearby friendly minions deal triple damage to towers and enemy champions whilst retaining earlier effects
4. Quim channels, Nearby allied champions retain a short period of stealth after leaving bushes, whilst retaining earlier effects
5. Quim no longer needs to channel for the effects of prayer of Justice to take effect Whilst (Im getting tired of being a robot -_-) retaining earlier effects Prayer of Justice channel time is 2.5 seconds Prayer of Protection remains active While channeling Prayer of Justice Prayer of Justice mana cost is 160 at all levels Prayer of Justice does not cost mana if the channel is not completed Prayer of justice has a cooldown of 8 seconds Prayer of Justice cooldown is halved if the channel is not completed.

Ultimate ability Blessing of Peace Quim is Blessed by a Deity for peace to rein It is unkown who gives this blessing but the effects are as follows

1. an enemy champion loses the will to fight silencing them for 4 seconds
2. an enemy champion loses the will to act preventing them for auto-attacking for 4 seconds, whilst retaining earlier effects
3. Blessing of Peace is now an AOE around Quim, Whilst Retaining earlier effects Blessing of Peace is a melee abillity Prayer of Protection does not interfere Blessing of Peace Blessing of Peace will allow Quim to use Pacificim and Hym of healing on his target
