Champion Concept, Chadd the Electrical Technician

This is probably going to be a mess because I don't expect anyone to understand most of this if they didn't take a physics class, and because I have no visuals. I posted this in a Memes and Games topic involving you to make up an ability for a future champion, but I over did it and just made an entire kit for a potential champion. The champions Veigar, Rumble, Kennen, and Viktor inspired me to think of something like this. Chadd is a yordle who works on Bandle City's electrical outputs while Heimerdinger is off in Piltover discovering new ways to advance technology. Heimerdinger sometimes sends him blue-prints to improve Bandle City's defenses against opposing threat.

  • Chadd has the appearance of Veigar (tiny, mysterious, mad),
  • the ability combos of Ryze (E Q E Q E Q W),
  • the passive of Rumble (not over doing abilities),
  • the ability interactions of Viktor (use entire combo and get the hell out),
  • and the ultimate of Old Galio/Kennen.

He holds an electrical instrument in his right hand which represents the magic damage he has to "conserve" (Read the Passive)

The Electromagnet, in his left hand, which represents his shield which is SUPPOSE to trigger when the coil on it runs out of energy. (Read the Passive and W)

Conservation of Charge (Passive): Chadd can only cast abilities in subsequent order, and they need to charge up before being used again. (Similar to Ryze Combo) [Q Q E Q Q repeating (can start with E or Q is just has to be in that order) and must end with W before going on a 10 second cool-down, otherwise it will go on a 15 second cool-down after 6 seconds of not casting abilities and you can't use any ability besides your W, since you "charged" enough energy from the Lightning Rod Ability (Q) and Static Charge (E), and because you didn't end the combo you have some charge "conserved"] When Chadd's E is casted twice within 6 seconds it deals triple the base magic damage.

Lightning Rod (Q): Some zig-zag skillshot ability that moves back and forth forward 5 times that deals (30,50,70,90,110 (+30% AP)) which speeds up/deals more damage the more minions/players it hits. (Up to a maximum of 170,270,370,470,570 (+150% AP)) If a player is within 200 range of the ability, it heads directly toward the player at its max speed and damage, but it only expands to that range. (Like Swain's Ultimate and Jhin's Q, but it doesn't chase them to the other edge of the map, the beam only moves toward a champion and stops from the point it speeds up, to the 200 range after that.)

Electromagnet (W): Chadd shields himself with his repair instrument for a (30,50,70,90,110 (+100% AD)) shield that's sort of a combination of Karma's shield and Urgot's old shield. Speeds you up when you use it, and slows players by 5-10% (Based on Level) who try to auto attack you. (it scales with AD since your passive effects your abilities that scale with AP) Cooldown: 4s

Static Charge (E): Chadd throws an electrical projectile (Point and Click Ability Similar to Viktor's Q) that spreads to three other targets (prioritizes champions) and deals 25% of total Ability Power. They are marked and when a Q hits them it deals 110% of the original Q damage and Chadd's E cool-down resets. When it's used any additional time within 6 seconds the AP scaling is increased by 25% for the duration and is stacked up to 6 times (150% of total ability power, the original scaling counts as 1 stack, the 25% increased scaling counts as 2, and so on).

Glass Rod (R):

(Toggle): Chadd is attracting nearby electricity from the Earth to produce lightning by sticking his lightning rod in the ground, amplifying his stats. Chadd's cool-down reduction cap has increased to 50% for the next three seconds and he gains an additional 10% cool-down reduction for the next 3 seconds. The cool-down on Chadd's passive has reset, and any ability casted in the next 2 seconds is manaless.

However, during the toggle he's consistently losing magic resist at a percentage of his total magic resist, at a very fast rate, to amplify his abilities using the glass rod, and if it doesn't get toggled off, once it reaches to 12 after 3 seconds he is stunned for 2 seconds, shock wave doesn't go off, and his armor is reduced to 0 10% for the next 6 seconds.

Shock Wave (R):

(Toggle): When the glass rod gets toggled off, it releases a shockwave area of effect ability that stuns anyone in the surrounding area for 2 seconds including himself for 0.5 seconds, it deals deals magic damage depending on how close Chadd's magic resist was to 12, how much damage he dealt that filled up the glass rod, and how close the glass rod was to his shockwave AOE stun, his magic resist is reduced to 12 for the next 6 seconds but is immune to crowd control effects, excluding suppression. ** Let me know what you guys think. If this wasn't very clear, I'm sorry, I literally wrote this out 6 months ago while I was in a Physics class and now I remember almost nothing from it, and I'm just now readding to it. If I come up with some visuals I'll update this topic.**
