Alright then, with the Aatrox rework out and Akali on her way very soon, I thought I would leave this here for all of the Edgelords out there. Who knows, Maybe if I post enough of these things riot will give me a job, idk.

Quick Lore: Guy in Noxus army wants to murder everyone in Demacia after he gets skinned alive on a battlefield by an un-named Demacian soldier. He painstakingly extracted iron from the blood of 300 Demacian prisoners to to create his horrific blade.

Passive; Grotesque Visage.; Caedes' mutilated body has natural resistance to damage. Ceades gains (X) Bonus armor and (Y) Bonus Magic Resistance for (Z) seconds after taking initial damage. Damage absorbed by the bonus armor and magic resist during the duration is given to Ceades as health.

Q; Don't you look at me; Caedes swings his Cleaver in a wide ark in front of him. Enemies hit take (Z) physical damage and are knocked back to the edge of the ark, and makes them Nearsighted them for a brief time.

W; Axes Away!!; Caedes throws a heavy Axe forward in a line, Stunning the first enemy hit for (V) seconds, and dealing (W) physical damage. If the blade reaches max range without hitting an enemy champion, Caedes pulls the chain, Retracting the axe, enemies hit on the recall are pulled (X) units and take (Y) magic damage, if the axe hits on the way back its cooldown is reduced by (Z).

E; Slaughter the meek; Caedes sharpens his Cleaver, Gaining (X) Bonus AD and (Y) LifeSteal for (Z) Seconds.

R; DEMACIA WILL FALL; Caedes swings his Cleaver in a MASSIVE Ark, Shredding (W) % armor and magic resist for each enemy hit. Enemy Champions hit take (X) physical damage, Enemy champions with 50% or lower HP take (Y) True damage. Enemy champions hit are feared for (Z) seconds, Minions hit are feared for 3X as long.

I dunno, Not my best work, but It would fit in well with the Bruisers or Juggernauts currently in the roster, Not to mention he could be played as a support with all this CC.
