Same issue as with every other time this skin has been suggested. Suits don't stretch.
why not have the suit get some ripped at it threads as he grows and as he gets bigger he "says i'm gona need a new suit"

Yeah Riot has already said this won't happen due to the fact that he's stretchy and made of goo. The clothing wouldn't make sense.
