Akali: The fist of Shadow

Passive: Akali auto attacks and abilities heal for 2/4/6/8/10% of the damage dealt (calculated before your opponent's resistances) (33% effect for AoE). At levels 1 4 8 13 16

This is somewhat of a nerf to her passive, which as an Akali main I can agree is a must. And the damage portion of her passive has been mostly moved to her Mark of the Assassin.

Q: Mark of the Assassin, Cost: 60 Energy, Cooldown 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 Seconds, Range: 725, Missile Speed: 1650, about the same as current ult dash speed.

Akali throws her Kama in a straight line hitting an enemy champion or unit, while the target is marked Akali can use Shadow Dance, Additionally she can detonate the mark with an auto attack or Shadow Dance for extra damage and to restore 40 Energy.

Damage:

Mark : 65/85/115/145/180 + 0.3 AP Proc : 75/95/125/155/190 + 0.6 AP

W: Veil of Twilight, Cost 80/75/70/65/60 Energy, Cooldown 1 second, Stack recharge timer 30/28/26/24/22 seconds, Range: 700, Radius: 500

Every x amount of seconds Akali stores a Veil of Twilight up to a maximum of 2, if casted, Akali throws down a Twilight Veil making her invisible in that location for 3 seconds.

E: Shadow Dance, Cost: 40 - 0 energy, Cooldown 20/17/14/12/10 Seconds - 1.5 Seconds, Range: 750, Missile Speed: 2000

When a target is marked with Mark of the Assassin, Akali can Shadow Dance to an enemy unit and detonate Mark of the Assassin

Damage: 60/90/130/180/220 + 0.65 AP

R: The will of Ionia, Cost 0 Energy, Cooldown 60/45/30 Seconds, Duration: 6 Seconds, Healing Percentage: 5/10/15%

Akali calls upon the fallen soldiers of Ionia to lend her their strength, during this time Akali may use Shadow Dance every 1.5 seconds and does not require the presence of a Mark of the Assassin on her target nor does it consume any energy. Additionally Akali gains a percentage of healing on all damage dealt.

So let me know what you guys think, I though about this one for a while and decided to give it a shot as a loving Akali main.
