Abilities Passive: Alchemic Might: Every time Siegmar casts an ability, the strength of his next ability will increase by 5%/7%/9%.

Ability Q: Thunderfist: Siegmar throws a punch enhanced with the power of the Bloodstone, striking his foe with a blow similar in strength to a bolt of lightning. The blow will inflict the debuff Crippled Senses on whatever is hit, causing their movement speed and attack speed to be lowered for a few seconds.

Ability W: Stone Slam: Siegmar leaps into the air and smashes down on the target location, dealing a large amount of damage to those in the area and knocking back all targets hit relative to their proximity and location compared to Siegmar. Siegmar will also gain a small bonus to his Armor and MR per target struck.

Ability E: Grappling Charge: Siegmar charges forward a short distance, dealing damage to the first enemy he encounters. If that enemy is a Champion, he will grab them, rooting both of them in place for .5 seconds, and smash them in the head, dealing more damage and giving them the debuff "Disoriented" which reduces their movement speed by a small amount. If the enemy was inflicted by "Crippled Senses" before being inflicted with "Disorient", they will be stunned instead for a short duration. Additionally, Grappling Charge cannot be used to cross over walls.

Ultimate: Advent of Calamity: Siegmar briefly unleashes the full destructive power that lies dormant within the Bloodstone, gaining a massive boost to his Attack Damage, Attack Speed, and Movement Speed. Also, for the duration of the ability, Siegmar's three regular abilities are replaced with three new, far more powerful abilities. Activating Siegmar's Ultimate will cost him health instead of mana.

Ult-Q: Blazing Grasp: Siegmar moves forward a short distance and deals a devastating punch to his enemy, inflicting Crippled Senses to them, and reducing some of their Armor.

Ult-W: Juggernaut Uppercut: Siegmar turns and punches target enemy in the head, knocking them both upwards and backwards. Siegmar will then leap after them, punching them at the apex of their height straight into the ground, where he will soon land and deal damage to all enemies in the vicinity of the blast.

Ult-E: The Dreadbore Special: Siegmar charges up for one second, before he sprints forward a long distance, arms extended, dealing a deadly blow to the first champion he collides with. He will grab them and suppress them for a very short duration as he beats the tar out of them, dealing damage equal to a percent of their missing health.

I like the basis of where you were going with the concept at 1st. The crippling senses debuff to the grapple what I good idea. I think you should get rid of the movement speed loss on the E though, you rarely, if ever see a champ with 2 of the same CC in one KIT. But to me, the Q,W and E are all pretty fair abilities. But the ULT however seems broken. Im a fan of steroid Ults myself (if used fairly), but I think you should take your empowered W or E and just make that your Ult.

Hope you enjoyed the feedback.

Please review my champ, Ian

PS, and the Artwork is A1

Ok, sorry about that, I stand corrected. If that's the case then the kit is legit. What do you guys think about the Ult? And please review my champ if possible.

"Minister of Noxian Foreign Policy", I love this already...

The kit is very well established. I just would like to see a little change in the debuffs. Two slows are cool but it seems a little boring for a player. I mean I love the idea and see how they could help however I would like to see a little change in it. How about the q decrease movement speed and armor and the e decrease attack damage and attack speed or any variation of the two. I feel this would add a bit of diversity to the kit and still be fitting to the role.

The passive , q, w, e, and ult seem pretty good for the rest of it. I like the numbers and such. Seems like a very very well thought champion. I look forward to the lore and such
