the downside of picking first

For the people who play off-meta champs, being able to pick first can be a down side. You can get countered at the price of you can make sure you get your character that most likely wasn't going to get picked or banned anyway. I personally would love to see a way to give a benefit to the people like me who play off-meta champs and don't own every champ.

 My idea is allow you to change spots order when you choose champs, allowing people to more effectively get the champ they want and for people who don't like to pick first (like myself) to be able to see who they are lane-ing up against before they get counter picked. Now to stop people from abusing this, this would be only allowed to the 2 top players in the game and would be done before ban phase.

 This would also add in a level to feel more like the LCS into solo/team, where pros pick champs for a team member and then trade later on. I think this would be a lot better than the trading champs (where both people need the champ).
