New Kassadin Skin (Hextech?)

Kassadin hasnt gotten a skin in a long time and he only has one decent looking skin, the other ones are very old and outdated. I think that he needs a new look to just let people know he is sitll there and to give kassadin players a nice reward. Maybe next hextech skin?
