New cassiopeia skin idea

Hi guys,

I have a skin concept idea for cassiopeia. I unfortunately don't have any pictures to show you (I am a terrible artist). My cassiopeia skin idea is: Star mask Cassiopeia the idea of the skin is to have cassiopeia with galaxy effects and a mask she keeps on until she ults.

First of an explanation for the mask, because in Greek myths medusa would petrify people who are looking at her and cassiopeia is based on er as you already know. So it would seem like a nice idea to give her a mask which she puts on and off when she ults. I think this is really possible because the ult animation of cass is already pretty long so if they make is smooth the can easily do it.

for the effects and colour I would like something really galaxy like so something like light blue and yellow. so for her q the can make it light blue with yellow stars and sparkles flying out. and about her w I am not quite sure what the can do... the can maybe make it look like milky ways but that might be to weird for an ability that is that large. fer her e they can do it as two yellow stars/ little comets with a blue border (I don't really know how to explain that... just the stuff you have around a comet) and finally for her ult it is the idea she takes of her mask and shows you the endless galaxy which is so overwhelming you get stunned. so these are my ideas for the abilities and if someone would take the time to make it into an actual idea I would be so great full ( but only if you guys think it is a good skin concept)

she also has the snake body so for that the could use the California red sided garter, because I think it really fits the theme well.
