Ish'Rai, The Embodiment of Fear
Lore: It grew bored, tired of the same prey which upon it fed, devouring inside the void, finding no true satisfaction, no true purpose. It gripped its ax with an iron grasp, a dark energy swirling about it as he towered over his most recent victim. Ish'rai, known to other void beings as the true warrior of the void, He grew tired of being just that. His life consisted of consumption of such pitifully weak beings, he began to target even more powerful creatures within his domain, such as the being Vel'koz, known for his cunning and intelligence. However as he had finally found the opportunity to corner his prey, bringing his ax on high to smash into the pathetic beings pulsing eye, suddenly a tear in the void opened, the light from the other side blinding him, Vel'koz used this moment to fire a bolt of his magenta plasma at him, to which he deftly leaps back from, however the bolt split, and slammed into him, knocking him onto the ground. As he recovered he looked up, and saw the void tear close, Vel'koz disappearing behind it. He roared in disbelief, he'd never lost his prey before, and this infuriated him beyond imagination. He charged forward to where the void tear was, and slammed his hands into the small crack in space. At first nothing happened, he felt energy resisting him, attempting to stop him from moving forward, but he would not have it, his prey had escaped him, his only reason for being, and he'd failed to secure it. After struggling against this void tear for what felt like months, he felt the tear open slightly. Not letting this chance slip by his grasp he grabbed his ax and slammed it in the gap, twisting it and ripping it apart. He charged through, expecting a battle, but what he was met with was far more intriguing. He raised his hand to his head, feeling the light singe against his retina briefly before adjusting to the brightness, as much as he could. He looked around, before suddenly, a strange feeling, an essence began to fill him, his long, gnarly toothed grin widening as he began to walk forward. He felt power, so much power in this world ready to be consumed into his being, the Void had been keeping a secret like this from him for too long. But now he knows, now hes got new prey, more intelligent, intriguing prey to toy with, as well as Vel'koz, whom he could sense still remained in this realm. His roar began to turn into a dark, menacing chuckle, slowly swinging his ax as he walked through the forest, trees falling from each swing as he proceeded to devourer each source he felt worthy. He knew now, here, he would become the Strongest being alive.

Build:
A standard Top laner/Jungler or Support, and being quite a unique champion in the sense of how he builds his power, this is his different kits I would recommend when building him.
Top:
(This build is optimal as it provides you with plenty of additional attack speed and damage due to the ammount of armor being converted into it, As well as the massive health regeneration you would be sustaining during one on ones due to Warmogs/Spirit Visage healing you during your fights. The sustain will keep you alive long enough to position yourself well for teamfights, and reap in that extra true damage.
For jungle I would recommend
and then
or
depending on whether you'd rather be a sustainable jungler or a leap in and burst jungler. This build allows for quick deterioration of armor on targets you may have trouble killing quickly without the black cleaver, and with Skirmisher, makes any 1 v 1's you encounter almost always a guaranteed win.
For Support, the build i would recommend is
and
or
depending on wether you want to rush into a fight faster or have better sustain in a team fight.
As you can see, Warmogs/Spirit Visage is a combo i bring up in each one, simply due to his passive, a heavy life passive Health Regeneration during battle is too good of a sustain to pass up, not to mention it gives you that heavier edge you need.
Works well with:
: This combo works solely because of the ammount of CC you can apply in team fights, they both deal heavy slows/stuns/grapples in a large area that will completely lock down teamfights for your team.
: his heavy gap closers and AoE Grapple make it easy for Orianna to toss her shield onto him, and throw out a massive Ultimate combo for heavy damage on multiple targets.
: This champion can make great synergy with jax, due to the drag and grapples, they can lock down single targets easily, not to mention pull off great 2v5 combos if they are geared enough with their huge sustain in fights.
Champions that work well against him.
: Ekko has the ability to, if played correctly, predict the Q/W combo of Ish'rai and stun him as he goes in for the engage, causing him to drop Ekko from his grip, and by that time, Ekko's Chronobreak will be ready to retaliate with a huge burst of damage onto the unsuspecting Ish'rai player.
: his passive bleeds would counter Ish'rai's passive Health re-gen during battle, not to mention Darius's E reducing his targets armor, setting him up for an easy 1v1 dunk due to heavy out trade potential, especially with Q heals.
: Yasuos potential to outmaneuver Ish'rai, and stay just out of range of his W with constant Q pokes, as well as his armor chunking ultimate, make him an obvious choice to run up against this champion due to heavy outplay potential.
Thats all ive got on this guy for now, pls any tips or comments on what you think about the champion is welcomed, Thankyou for your time and feedback, Love yall :D*[slayer-jinx-wink]*
Edit: Nearly forgot, these are his allies and rivals.
Allies: Khazix/Chogath/Reksai: he finds mutual respect for the strong and highly developed of his kind.
Rivals: Malzahar/Kassadin/Velkoz: as for the first two, he finds their gifts of the void ill favored, and wishes to take it from them by any means, and for Velkoz, well as his lore states, he is hunting him, Brawn vs Brains scenario.
