Passive: Master of the Horn- Whenever Sai gains bonus AD, he gains 25% of that bonus AD as Armor and Magic Resist for the duration. Whenver Sai gains bonus Armor and Magic Resist, he gains 25% of that as AD for the duration.

Q: Charging Strike- Sai lowers his horn and charges in target direction. If he hits a champion, he stops, and then flips them backward (distance of Singed flip). If this ability hits, Sai gains AD for a duration. If Sai connected with no champions at the end of this ability, he charges in the reverse direction, pushing the opponent back(Think of a mini condemn) and gaining bonus Armor and MR for a duration. If no target is hit, Sai is slowed for a duration. Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Damage: 80/90/100/110/120 Physical Bonus AD: 10/15/20/25/30 Bonus Armor and MR: 20/25/30/35/40 Duration: 3.2/3.4/3.6/3.8/4 seconds. Slow: 25/23/21/19/17% for 1 second Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Seconds

W: Stomping Force- Sai stomps the ground, dealing damage to all targets around him and slowing them. If a target is already slowed, they are instead stunned. Any champion hit by this ability gains the debuff {Rhino's Rage}. {Rhino's Rage} turns Charging Strike into a targeted ability, but the fling's effect is canceled. Damage: 20/45/70/95/120 Physical Slow: 10/13/16/19/22% Duration: 1 Second. Duration of {Rhino's Charge}: 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 Seconds. Cooldown: 11/9.5/8/6.5/5 Seconds

E: Rough Skin- When Sai takes damage from a champion's ability, the next ability from that champion that is used on Sai does less damage. This cannot apply to the same champion twice in a time frame. Damage Reduction: 15/25/35/45/55% Time Frame: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 Seconds

R: The Rhino's Rage- Sai empowers his horn, striking with half the attack speed, but with 4x the damage on each auto. If a champion is killed by this ability, Sai instantly refreshes the effect of Rough Skin and refunds the cooldown of Charging Strike. Duration: 4.2/4.4/4.6/4.8/5 Seconds. Cooldown: 120/110/90 Seconds
