Role: DPS/Battle Mage

Character: Levi is a strong follower of Nagakaboros, comming from the same temple as Illaoi and idolizing her, he has devoted his life to the teachings of Nagakaboros and became imbued with Magical Power's to further the idealogoly of truth that the bearded lady teaches.

Levi, like illaoi, is covered in the tatto's that are given to the Truth Bearer, he is not yet ready to take up the honor that she's taken and he's fine with that. He holds a calm, and collected personality, his way of teaching is different from illaoi's but accomplishes the same goal, by force.

Similar to Illaoi, Levi's wish is for everyone to embrace the truth, to go with the natural flow of the universe and follow their desires, his ultimate goal is to help people to do so, but he won't threaten to drown those that have no more will to live life to it's fullest.

Qoute's:

"Drown in your own self-pity!" "The water's of my god carry those who cannot fight the torrent!" "Learn!" (i thought it would be funny if he said one line the same as his mentor) "Those that cannot move in motion, drown in the wirlpools they create..." (This is a reference to a persons life having up's and downs, he's saying a person who can't adapt will fall into ruin.)

Playstyle: Levi's Playstyle is similar to illaoi's in how your supposed to fight him, he has limited range and is only really strong in an area that's easily telegraphed, along with having only skillshot abilities. Unlike illaoi though he's ranged and also unlike her his playstyle isn't "Don't Fight me" it's "You can't fight me." he'll constantly try and keep you in a single area, pushing you away and keeping you from getting to him to the best of his ability, this is how his zoning works. Instead of keeping you away from his zone, his zone is meant to keep you away from him. If you get to him, he's probably going to die.

Abilities-

Passive: Prophet of The Sea

Levi's attack speed cap is lower than other champions(1.5).

Levi's Auto Attack's apply Magic Damage and scale off of his AP instead of his AD.(their base damage is still equal to his base AD)

Waves: Levi's Auto Attacks Produce "Waves" that travel forward from his body, these waves deal magic damage to all enemies they pass through.

Levi's auto attacks take 2 seconds to travel their full distance when unhindered.

Note: This means that Levi's Auto Attacks actually have a travel time and last a certain amount of time instead of being instant and un avoidable, their technically skillshots because they won't actually follow whatever he right-clicked on, they'll only go in the direction he sent them.

Q: White Water's

Active: Levi send's a huge wave in a targeted direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through, the wave will carry enemies a short distance in the direction it's going, moving a shorter distance based on the number of unit's it hits.

If Levi has any "Waves" already traveling in the same direction, those waves will begin to follow "White Water's" it's entire distance increasing "White Water's" damage and increasing the distance his Waves will travel.

This ability count's as a "Wave" for the use of his W and R.

W: Wrath of The Sea

Active: Levi will direct all Waves to move towards a targeted champion at increased speed, this effect lasts 2 seconds.

Using this ability reset's the travel time of his Waves and his Q, allowing them to travel further. If the waves make contact with an enemy champion during the 2 second duration of "Tsunami" they will explode dealing increased damage.

E: Elder God's Protection

Active: Levi surrounds himself in a bubble of raging water, healing himself slowly for an amount over 12 seconds.

If an enemy champion attacks him during this time, his healing is stopped and this ability goes on cooldown.

R: Whirlpool of The Spirit

Active: Levi creates a whirlpool in a targeted area, the whirlpool will attempt to pull those in the outer area to the inner area over 5 seconds. After 5 Seconds the water erupt's, enemies in the center of the whirlpool take massive damage.

Passive: Levi's Waves will follow the whirlpool, traveling the Circumference of the whirlpool until it ends, applying their usual damage to every enemy hit.

Levi's Q will also follow the Circumference of his Whirlpool, attempting to carry enemies to the center.

Background:Levi was orphaned at a young age, abandoned by his birth parent's for being fragile and weak, his only goal at this young age was to show the world his strength, even if not physically, Levi wanted to be strong. He made his way to the temple of Buhru, a long journey that he took alone, knowing not what his own name was at the time becuase his parents never called him by it the only distinguishing feature he was his long, bluish green hair. Upon reaching Bilgewater, Levi found the Truth Bearer, Illaoi and in doing so illaoi noticed a deep black rage inside of him, she gave him "The Test of Spirit" and despite his immesurable hatred, he had passed and conqured the demon's of his past.

Illaoi directed him to make his way to Buhru, upon arriving there at the age of 11 he was greated by the Preists and Priestess of the temple, illaoi had spread the news that a child with a tormented past had passed the test. Being so young, he needed a care taker, he was taken in by a Priestess of the temple and given a name "Leviathan", Levi would spend the next seven year's of his life devoting himself to the truth, he began to not care of his previously familly, being adopted by the temple priestesses and raised to be a strong, powerful man. Levi's will became unwavering, his strength both mental and physical increased to immessurable levels and he became "A Truth Bearer" at the age of 16 and spent the last 4 year's perfecting his connection with the Bearded Lady, now at the age of 20 he's ready to battle against the horror's of the undead in the next Harrowing.

Relations:

Illaoi: Illaoi is Levi's Mentor, she gave him the test of spirit at a very young age, the reason was that his rage held two paths, ruin or motion. Levi passed and his rage had been translated into the will to keep moving, allowing him to pass the test.

Nami: Ever since levi became a Truth Bearer, he has been able to breath under water and swim for immeasurable amounts of time. In doing so he found that swimming far out into the open sea, diving deep under water and enjoying the waves crashing against him was his favorite pass time, until he found the Village of the Marai. Levi's interest in the Marai is sparked by the "Tidecaller", Nami, he thought her the most beautiful woman he'd ever laid eyes on. His interest in her bordered on insane as he'd begun to train his body to endure the depth of the sea in order to meet the woman he saw, he succeeded and after many conversation and laughs, befriended the Marai and Nami. Nami left for land without telling him, in search of "The Aspect of The Moon." and in doing so, levi never got the chance to tell her how he felt, but he's okay with that, if he meets her again, he'll say it, he doesn't worry about if he never does again, he must stay in motion.

Final Notes: Levi is a Battle Mage because his abilities lack powerful scalings, making his burst less than optimal, but get caught in his whirlpool and he'll pepper you with auto attacks, melting you until the eruption of water finishes you off. His whirlpool and his Q make his teamfighting especially powerful but he has a distinct weakness of not being very strong without it, his W being the only ability that can help alleviate his poor laning phase before level 6. Taking advantage of this weakness is key to defeating him. I felt that because of how difficult it'll be to play him, due to his auto attacks being skill shots, that he'd need some sort of shield or healing and decided that a regeneration bubble fit his design better and having it pop if he get's hit makes sense while also giving counterplay to it so he can't just sit there and regen off of an ability in lane, if he could his lanning phase would be way more safe.

The Picture i used is actually Uroko from "Nagi no Asu Kara" because he actually fits exactly what Levi would look like, except levi's hair is the color of the Sea and his skin is slightly darker.
