WE DON'T NEED CHAMPION REWORKS WE NEED A FULL REPORT AND BAN SYSTEM REWORK. THE TOXICITY IN YOUR GAME IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL AND INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE GETTING BANNED. ITS SO FRUSTRATING WHEN YOUR A 2 YEAR PLAYER AND YOUR TRYING TO PLAY YASUO JUNGLE AND YOU DIE ONCE AND THEN WHOLE TEAM WANTS TO REPORT YOU FOR TROLLING AND INTING. AND IF YOU TALK BACK, BAM YOU GET THE CHAT RESTRICT OR EVEN BAN. YES YOU CAN MUTE THEM, BUT THEN IT WOULDN'T BE A TEAM GAME BECAUSE YOU CAN'T COMMUNICATE. YES YOU CAN IGNORE THEM, BUT ITS NOT LIKELY. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOUR ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND A STRANGER SHOVES YOU 3 TIMES IN A ROW, ARE YOU JUST GONNA LOOK AT THEM A SMILE. "YEAH YEAH. SHOVE ME AGAIN, IM NOT GONNA SAY ANYTHING" LIKE NO.

HERE ARE A FEW SOLUTIONS THAT YOU AREN'T GOING TO LISTEN TO BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE NON-STREAMER PLAYERS:

1. Make your report system directly based on what people say. Make it in-game where people can report someone for what they say at the moment. Its so simple, if the report/ban bot catches any negative/aggressive words, boom they get a warning or if they've been doing it constantly they get a restriction. (Look at Rocket League's report system)
2. If someone is running it down or feeding/inting on purpose, make the report after game. (the way it is right now is fine)
3. For Toxicity, make all negative words disappear. Don't make it any of that BS stars(*) If there is a negative word in the sentence, the message doesn't get sent and the person gets a 1 minute in-game chat restrict. Make it stack up to 10 times in a game. If they reach the 10th mark, they get a full game chat restrict. If it constantly happens every game, they get a full week chat ban.

You can even do that thing you did for April fools, when you made all-chat messages into something like meow. But instead of doing that you can make it something positive.

Make your guidelines for reporting and banning clear. Make a separate section on the home page for it and make it mandatory for new accounts to read it.

Make monthly polls where people can vote on how to improve the game and if thats too much make it every 3 months or so Provide questions in the client and people vote on it on what they want to see improved. Examples can be:

1. Champions and Skins
2. Client and in-game
3. Rules ETC

Just do something on the Toxicity in your game.
