Should add ability timers to death recap

When it comes to champions ability's my knowledge is good but not the best, like i don't know how long teemo blind is or ryze w, i feel like when it comes to death recap there should be an area when you hover over the ability you can see how long the ability last for like " morgana q duration 3 seconds max rank"
