While I don't have a concept drawn up for the character itself, I did have a set of ideas for his skills should this skin ever come to fruition.

Dancing Grade: Skill activation creates a distortion effect over each affected minion/champion; similar to the heat rising off a dry summer road, or even the effect of a worn out VHS.

Deadly Flourish: Animation tears a line of zeroes and ones or disrupts the texture layer of its projectile path with a scatter of code on enemy champion hit.

Captive Audience: Traps create a distortion when activated that cause a transparency in the ground textures; allowing players to see "though" the map or view the mesh mapping beneath.

Curtain Call: Projectile path and Ultimate radius "glitch out" to appear with broken code strings along the highlighted area. Similar effect to Deadly Flourish in the projectile path.

Naturally, all these can simply be texture overlays with predetermined appearances.
