[Brief Lore] Being exiled from what is now Zaun and Piltover, Contar improved his inventions that were too dangerous for anyone to use in solitude, going completely insane. Now he seeks revenge on the city that is now more that exiled him.

**[P] Radiation Poisoning ** Enemies that attack Contar receive 12-48 (+20% AP) magic damage per second for 2/2.5/3 seconds after they stop damaging Contar
[Q] Unstable gravity Bomb Contar places an attackable bomb he can detonate after 1 second to deal 80/120/160/200/240 (+60% AP) magic damage to all nearby enemies. The explosion then leaves a radius that {near-sights} enemies within it and slows them 20%-80% based on how close to the center they are. If the bomb is destroyed before it is detonated it deals half the damage and in half the radius.

**[W] Unseen Presence ** Contar opens a device, slowing himself for 40% and making him and all allies within a short distance be camouflaged for up to 20 seconds or until Contar receives direct damage.

[E] Wall of Plasma Contar sprays plasma in a cone in front of him leaving a molten area on the ground that deals 70/120/170/220/270 (+120% AP) magic damage over 4 seconds. Enemies within the area are silenced.

[R] Forbidden Weapons of War Contar constructs a missile to launch a small amount of anti-matter in over 8 seconds. The missile is visible as soon as is launches and will deal 300/450/600 (+200% AP) + 20%/25%/30% Max HP as true damage.
