Dairy Cow Alistar SKin

I think it's pretty common knowledge that Alistar is "the cow". What I don't understand is why there is no Dairy Cow Alistar skin. If Nami gets a Nami-Tee skin, I think Ali full well deserves a Dairy Cow skin. Plus I would buy it. All in favor say "I".
