[SKIN CONCEPT] WHAC A MOLE GAREN

We need a goofy Garen skin. It's Season 7. Trump became president of USA. A man who had a sex change surgery for less than a year was elected Woman of the Year. Graves officially vapes. And yet Garen can't have a goofy skin. So this is my idea.

He would be dressed in a casual bright colored T-shirt with contrasting bright colored shorts. Possibly using a backwards baseball hat. He would use a toy hammer, with a bright green handle and purple head. His Q would make a sound like the one mario makes when jumping on enemies heads. The vilain would have a giant mole on top of them and the ult animation would switch from a giant sword falling from the sky to a hammer comming down for a huge smash.

His unique lines would reflect his goody two shoes mommy's boy personality, with VO including asking Annie to go to the arcade with him and possibly mistaking Yordles for kids.
