Here is an idea about 1 Champion Kanda-The Stealth Noxian Assasin Here is the little brother of katarina,and the best friend of Darius, and now after years of training in mountains he camed back to help his sister in the war agains the demacians, his powers are now way stronger that his sister's and his greatest desire is to protect Kata and become one of the Strongest noxian soldiers......

His Passive- after 5 seconds in out of combat Kanda will enter in Shadow State that allows him to become invisible and his movement speed is increased by 25% as long as he didn't hit the enemy.

His Q- Shadow Grip(he launches a shadow towards his enemy, and if the shadow reaches his target it roots it for 2 seconds) His W-Substitution (he produces 2 shadows that runs towards the closest enemy, attacking and slowing him, is a great way to engage or escape) His E-Fear Of Death(he hypnotizes his enemy making him fight with Kanda, that taunt cannot be stopped by any shield or debuff item, like kayle's ult or Mercurial Scimitar) His R- Dead or Alive- Kanda 's Attack speed and critical chance are increased for 10 seconds with the cost of a quarter of his total life and mana , allowing him to deal tones of damage in a fast rhythm.
